That will go quick. Shit man - Carmax wants 35k for mine and I have 35k on it. just don't want the steelie bumpers I'm sure someone will take that quick, have you taken it to a dealership or carmaxguruvana to see what they'd offer?

 

I don’t want to trade it in. How is car max for buying vehicles? I really haven’t looked into them. Are dealers still buying cars straight out?

I haven't done carmax etc before but from what I've read it's pretty simple. And dealers are probably still buying them outright. Might as well give them a call to see, worst they do is say no they aren't buying cars, what's the risk in asking? Especially if one of these very simple options saves you any hassle of dealing with private sales - I've done private sales before, what a pain in the arse. AND if they end up offering you at or what you're thinking for private sale --
