FS (MD): Method Racing MR309 Grid (Titanium color) + BFG KO2s

For sale, set of four (4) Method Racing MR309 18x9 (-12 offset) "Grid" wheels in rare titanium color (no longer available in this offset from manufacturer). 6x5.5 lug pattern suitable for most Toyota, Lexus, and Chevy fitments. Authentic MR centercaps included.

Originally purchased brand new directly from mfr. All wheels straight and true--structurally perfect. Some cosmetic defects, as my automotive wax didn't play nicely with the finish and left white streaking/ghosting on the wheel faces. Wheels still look good from a short distance and does NOT affect function. See photos for realistic expectations. PRICED ACCORDINGLY.

Mounted on 285/65r18 BFG KO2s (33" diameter), perfectly balanced. Tires have even wear and plenty of tread life left. Can send photos of tread depth upon request. Strongly prefer to NOT separate.

Long version: I'm going to work on correcting the cosmetic issue in the next month or so. I hope it will look good as new, and will list them again at about the same price ($950). But...if you would like them in their current condition, take them as-is for $650!

 

Probably a dumb question but what suspension setup did you run with these? Wondering what would be needed to clear them as I have a stock OR

I actually had these on my wife's GX470 (2" lift), so a little different animal. Although, that vehicle's chassis is almost identical to 4th gen 4Runner.

I think if you did some measurements, you could approximate fit. These are basically the same size as a 285/70r17, which is a common and popular size for our trucks. The factor to consider is the wide wheel (9") and also the aggressive offset (-12), which happens to be similar to some SCS wheels.

I imagine fit can be achieved with BMC and not a whole lot else, but more research is needed.
