New, never used. Removed 2 to fit them on my 5 spoke alloys I had on the Tacoma but couldn't get them to clip in? Maybe I did something wrong.

Anyway, they're free. I paid like $45 or whatever over a year ago and a half ago for them

 

My new Tacoma uses those…
