So I'm in the process of applying Raptor Liner to my entire truck. The trail pinstripes are out of control and this is my way of making my life easier. I'm not doing the entire truck at the same time, but rather a portion at a time. Once I get to the cab I'm wondering if the thickness of the liner material will cause problems for the proximity key when touching the door handles.

Anyone have any kind of experience with this? Doesn't have to be bedliner. I'm wondering if I'll have to mask off the entire handle, the touch-sensitive portions, or none at all.

I'm sure you'll have to tape it off. I've had issues with opening it with nitrile gloves on.

Good bit of information. I thought I had made it work through jeans while standing on a slider, but wasn't 100% sure.

So tricky, it tricked my mind into thinking it worked.
