I know on my 2008 regular cab the total was a shade over 11k. Maybe 11,400? Frame and parts were approximately half of that.

    This is unfortunate to hear..

I have an 01 with retarded amounts of rust; these costs for repairs would be worth more than the truck itself. Is there no other options for frames with substantial rust?

Find a totaled truck with a good frame and put it under your truck…? The title stays with the body!

So I actually have another Tacoma of the same generation but its in good condition and runs great.

What'd be the cost of swapping out for a totaled tacoma's frame? Or would it be more financially wise to part out my working taco down to the frame? I figure either way I'm eating ice sandwiches for a while but any information helps.

I've scrolled around their website before. My concern is if would bring the integrity of my truck back to 100% or if its a temporary fix.

Here we go again; Currently at the scrapyard running an errand for work, and I guarantee you it’ll be working fine when I leave the truck for a couple minutes and the restart it…

Frame came in about 2 weeks after it was ordered. They said it should take about a week to do everything. So we’ll see. They just started yesterday.

In all mine was 17K for my 2010 single cab, just done last month. I don't have the itemization of charges, I am sure the 3 months of rental was included. I've heard 12-13K for the actual job..which TBH I think mine is booked at less..

That sounds about right. Mine was 4-5 days with 2 techs.
