Access cab rear seat shelf/storage question

I just picked up a 2014 access cab truck to replace my 06. The 06 was much easier to keep my cooler, toolboxes etc in with the rear seats folded down. The '14 has the larger rear seats, that when folded simply suck for storing large items in the back. I've searched and seen people have done DIY rear projects with either a shelf or simply making two large 'boxes' to fill the void in front of the folded seat to level things up. Question, does anybody offer a kit for a shelf, or a formed box or organizer to fill both the voids to level stuff up? I've not had any luck with my searching so far.

    Thank you in advance!!

Here’s what I came up with.. You can ditch the rear seats and still manage to keep your seat belts.. Although I’m yet to actually trust putting anybody in the back seat since it’s not bolted down. But hey it’s a great excuse to make your friends drive everywhere

How did you secure the carpet to the deck?

I know you weren’t asking me lol but I got the notification. I used carpet adhesive everywhere the carpet touched and ran staples along the whole bottom side. Still holding up great

Nice job, got more pics of the MOLLE? Where are the mounting points and was it custom? Ive been wanting to do this but keep the seats so either just do the center section or remake backings that can fit onto the MOLLE.

There were a bunch of group buys for these a few years ago, looks like they ended though. It attached in some of the oem mounting bolts. I ended up having to secure it to my platform, so everything is very solid and secure
