    A little something every chance we get.
    Pitmaster recipe for "smokers" googled on line. Open smoke 250 for an hour or so, then wrap with some butter, and I used a little BBQ Rays for sugar. 3-4 hours. I turned it down to 235 after 2, and down to 220 for the final until the son got home.
