Sorry I haven't replied to everyone's help here, but I do appreciate it. As it ends up it's a known issue with a handful of harnesses. KC is sending me a replacement.

I think if I was bartending while rolling they would have been a bigger concern for sure. But! I have kids who need to eat snacks and parents who need to drink wine. As long as the truck don't move... nobody get hurt.

Eitherway... the MH looks great too!

Bummer. They must be on the no no list or something. But I did take a screen shot so that you at least have the list of the 14 sliders they included:

Got a much softer ride going over rough bumps. The rear seems not to bounce like before.

Redid my roof rack wind deflector. Looks a little more professional now. Aluminum instead of plastic. I think all the humidity we've been getting messed with the painting. Couldn't get any consistency and this was after 4 coats I think?

If you go to this Web site (trail tacoma) and click on the link in the right in Rock sliders they have a nice primer (I know it helped me) as well as reviews and pricing for each one. May not be comprehensive but I sure found it useful.

Can you please post some more details? I was looking at using marine HDPE to make a wind deflector just behind my sunroof for my Milwaukee packout boxes. What problems did you encounter with the plastic?

Finally got a chance to install the TRD Pro Grille and raptor lights today. Definitely loving the look over stock grille.

My Rev 1 had no problems since it was so thin. Just heated the plastic, bent, and added supports. The full size, when done in plastic and bolted down, before exposure to heat, it looked fine. After being installed and out in 90+ degrees, it bowed in between the bolts. Even with being bolted down in all the same spots, it bowed. I should have take pics but didn't. It worked fine, I just didn't like how it looked, so I switched it to aluminum. Same thickness as the Prinsu deflector too and now perfectly flat.

Love it! Where did you get the grill from? Was it easy to install?

I got those new puddle pods that were on eBay. They were a great find, $110 too. I already promised them to my neighbor.
