Cleaning out the garage and found my (2) 12" LEDs that I bought for my last truck and never used. They're cheap but I don't want to throw them away.

Any ideas what to do with them? I already have plenty of forward lights. I was thinking of mounting 1 on my bed rack facing backwards, but wanted to see what anyone else has done.

You could mount them facing out on each side of the bed rack if you have the accesory type plates.

I was thinking that, but I usually have traction pads mounted on one side. I may move them to the top of the rack for now, I’ll put a RTT on but that’s way in the future

Mount it under the hood for when you want to work on the engine or do an oil change at night.

Oh damn I like that one. Only issue is the mounting points are on the bottom of the light , but I bet I could rig something up or make it magnetic so I can snap it on the hood but stir it while driving

Depending on the beam pattern, behind the grille for additional nighttime light?

Or just go full disco and put them on a timed pulse circuit. Just prepare for the visit to the local pokey.
