I don't do it professionally or anything, I've just taught myself how to make a few things here and there.

I suppose I could've helped you make some designs for the back of the shirts/sweaters

Guessing a more interesting route than what google says? You have peaked my interested in this as it was a cancelled trip of mine a couple years ago. Are you looking to do this in Sept instead of Windigo?

I am, just throwing ideas around and seeing what would stick. Plan is to take MTB and maybe find a boat (inflatable? Canoe for the trip) do the trip and hang in the area for a 2 nights then head back home.

PSA for those with Trac-Rac. Loggging roads and trails are hard on the bolts if always travelling with a canoe or load. Worth checking the bolts periodically and carrying spares (and penetrant, and some drills and easy outs, and a welder and machine shop). Looks like one has been broken for a while, found another on the other rack that is already popped too.

Sigh...not meant to be. The terminals are reversed between the two trucks, and not long enough to stretch over the battery

If you are going up there, take the time and do the Trans-Taiga road. It’s a remote wilderness up there with a mix of boring bush and amazing mountain/hilly landscape.
