I can't make out the sidewall lettering but those look like STMaxx, they're great tires.

    You'll love them.

I've taken them up to the snow plenty of times already.

I hope so too, last couple years have been pretty weak esp for us. This year particularly

Although today it was really gray/cloudy and 75˚ all day. Like Fall all of the sudden in the middle of August lol.

Same here it's only 61 rite now. But we also are dealing with a new fire over by Placerville. They say it could make it all the way to Tahoe. The Rubicon is closed and it's been snowing ash for 2 days.

Sucks, hope it doesn't work its way up there. You guys have had a pretty bad fire season already in that area. We've been really lucky down here so far, knock on wood.

actually I'm gonna knock on my desk instead, wood might catch on fire

The budbuilt ties into the factory rear mounts until you squish them in like me. The rack mounting is awesome though

    Good to hear.

Ryan's letting me have first dibs on that skid, and seeing as how we've got a trip coming up to some rocks, I figured I'd get armor going right away.

Texted Sergio to set something up in the near future for getting my sliders on too.

Those factory mounts toward the rear are smashed on mine too lol. I didn't even use them with the Budbilt because of that, just bolted into the front and on the back cross member.

Unfortunately with my AP skid I have to use those smashed mounts, so I have to thread a nut into the bolts cause the factory weld nuts got destroyed

    Looking forward to it myself!

Here's when I last had the tires in the snow, and they performed really well -

I swear half the time I walk up to the front door of my house with my keys in hand, I hit the unlock button on them thinking it'll open the front door.
