I really enjoyed all the info you shared about the variables that go into consistent group with long range shooting... up until the price tag associated with CNC'd projectiles lol

When I was 13 and in that British school I joined their rifle team, .22 rifles, iron sights at 100m. It was a ridiculous amount of fun but never got better than 4in grouping

Cool site. Bummer that it's only for Cali--I'd love a map like that of Colorado.

On the flip side, it's a bigger bummer that we need maps like that in the first place.

Best part is that the people Im training dont really speak the same language as me.

I was taught by a bunch of old sarcastic asshole electricians who taught by making you feel stupid. Which in turn has lined me up to be a sarcastic asshole thus making me a horrible teacher/trainer.

Eh, you gotta pay to play as money does buy victory (eventually) in the shooting sports. But getting started you can find (when the world wasnt insane) components on the shelf that are cheapish and have no problems reaching out pretty far (1k yards+)

In all fairness, I was talking about the many more variables when you're touching 3k yards :anonymous:

    Dude, .22 is fun AF

I would get one again just to teach a little one of my own growing up.

Here's an old one...was my favorite setup -

Only thing is, with .22 when you're going at a longer range...wind can really fuck things up easily.

Custom bolt, Atlas Bipod, Nightforce ATACR scope on Nightforce mount, DIP adjustable sear, trigger, and other odds and ends.

Fair to say that setup was as much as a 1st Gen :anonymous:

I'm surprised Colorado does not have one. This is my other favorite map it's for lightning strikes. We use it a lot at the resort in the winter.

You don't like that skid? I beat on mine like it owed me money and it did just fine. It bent all to hell, but kept my parts from getting broken, so win.

There are maps, but I haven't seen any with such nice presentation. Most are just show a pin on the map with a popup describing the fire--not outlines of the burn area like on the California map.

I loved it, but I bought an All Pro bumper + skids off of another member for a good deal a couple years ago. Unfortunately the AP bumpers only work with AP skids
