I honestly don’t have a good answer man, I just thought that it would be sufficient enough since the tires say 80psi max I believe. But I may be wrong. What psi do you run? I’ve got 285/70’s

I'm running 32 ish and I think Ive got about 28 in my Jeep. Both 285/70/17. Dump some air out them bitches and I bet you'll smooth out. Do you know how to chalk test your tires? I wouldn't be surprised if you're seeing excessive middle tread wear. Hope I didn't come off as a dick. That number just surprised me and I'm just trying to help.

Totally agree with you. seems like only toyota engineers and data scientists truly know the correlation. Premature wear makes sense from a technical POV, but whether if the CV/ball joint fails 500 miles early or 5k miles early...who knows?

No glass feelings here dude lol. I appreciate you looking out. And no I’ve never done a chalk test but I’m sure YouTube could teach me. I aired them down to 36 last night to see how they would ride this morning. So far not a noticeable difference so I may go lower. Luckily these tires are still pretty new so I’d like to save as much life as possible on them. But as for the tread they still look good. I rotate them every 6k when I change my oil.

About 3 inch lift. Front was done about 60k ago, no issues. Rear got new springs about 10k ago to accommodate the heavier rear bumper. Still the same shocks though from when the front end was done. Also 5.29 gears about 10k ago.

Just finished a 2500 mile road trip. No issues at all. Uniballs up front are ready to be rebuilt though. Normal wear and tear. I think my truck is more comfortable than my wife’s Volvo, it just is not as fast.

Installed at 50k, now at 110k. No issues other than poor fuel economy.

I went to Home Depot and got a piece of steel, cut to length, then drilled a hole in each end. Spray paint it so it didn’t rust. Just used the bolt on the frame to mount to. It is nothing special. Picture is from Silver Lake Sand Dunes in Michigan. I do not live close. Only used the mount twice since I’ve owned my truck.

I could get a few pictures though if you want.

    7k miles after lift
Ironman 3” lift with Ironman UCA and diff drop, EGGS needle bearing and a alignment. Handles and rides better than before, no real change in MPG.

note about lift, front coil over set in the middle, which should of given me about 2” of lift and I ended up getting 3.5” in front and 5” in back. Took out a rear leaf and now at 4” of lift in back. By measurements of a new TRD OR at the dealer and my stock truck, my truck at 19k miles had already drop 1/2” in front and 2” in back.
