You’ll hear no argument from me! I was supportive of your idea to sell it six months ago and rent, but you said your girl didn’t want that. I do think the market has softened up quite a bit, at least from what I’m seeing, a lot of people put their house on the market at high prices and we are seeing price cuts across the board. Still selling, just not as high as they had been.

Guy that built our house put a fire pit but not in the right place. I had to move it. Too cheap to buy new lava rocks so just washed the ones I had.
