I can only imagine the roadblocks you ran into every step of the way when you did this….always gotta think like 20 steps ahead before you commit!

 

Absolutely, many things have been learned for sure, haha. Even thinking many steps ahead I still end up having to redo things on occasion but that's how it goes with stuff like this.
Makes it that much more worthwhile when you drive it with a huge smile knowing you have quite a sleeper! Its hilarious driving my truck knowing not much else on the road can even come close to keeping up, in what looks like a $5k truck from the late 90s, haha..

Oops, after looking into it further that $600 is just for the ends, not the actual structure. The full setup is $2300 but it out of stock..oh well thanks for looking out!

 

I wonder if you could source the materials to DIY just the canopy part to get yourself some shade ie: roll your own galv pipe for the arches and source some large shade sail cloth. I found that when i was looking for sail shades for my new jobsite. I found shade sails 16x20 for just $60 on Amazon

 

Yeah I was likely just going to make the frame and get a huge sailshade to over it. Im sure I can get the material from Amazon as well instead of trying to track it all down locally. I better get something permanent figured out before the end of summer when the rain starts to become an issue for me trying to work when the water start falling, I didn't enjoy welding in the rain last year the few times I had to do it! Kinda sketchy!!!
