So who all is going to show up at Yard House in The Legends this Saturday August 21, 2021 at 6:00ish PM (1800ish)? I plan on being there.

 

i might be able to ill be working on pressing my bushings out and getting the new in i doubt the truck will be fully going but it might at least be on all 4s at least

Well josh have fun at work my knee gave out on me and I smashed it on the hard wood floor (old work injury) so now I’m at home in loads of pain with a swollen knee….

 

Go to the doctor and get Short Term Disability.

 

That sucks, dude. Hopefully it doesn't give you grief for too long.

The pain will go away by tomorrow hopefully… I need to get ahold of my old company since that’s where the injury came from and it wasn’t fixed…. Some people tell me to get lawyers to get it fixed but idk

 

It depends tbh if it’s bad like it was it might last for a few days but I’ll be able to walk and not be in to much pain by tomorrow I hope I also hope I’ll be able to drive the si tomorrow… normally when stuff like this happens I drive the truck but it’s on jack stands still lol

Dude. Lawyer. Up. I have been in charge of people who would have been fired and uncompensated had a lawyer not made things happen. Your previous employer will NEVER make a decision in your favor unless there is incentive for them to do so. It's how businesses work.

EDIT: "In charge of" does not mean that I was able to help them. It was mostly the opposite in my case as a supervisor, I tried to help and was told "things." I got the message.

 

If its been over 2 years since the injury happened, it cannot be claimed in the state of MO.

 

Yes it’s been over two years it’s roughly been 3 years now

 

Unsure if I could kinda like @gasparic104 said it’s been over two years so idk if I could do anything about it tbh

 

If a written incident report or documentation of a claim exists anywhere from that time period, then things change a bit. Especially if you attempted to contact them to resolve it.

 

There is a claim or documentation from the incident back then I have contacted them once about his but since I no longer worked with the company I never thought about doing it
