Looking to do a 3" lift soon and was wondering if anyone knows of a garage that will let you rent space or allow me to assist? I'd like to do it myself just to gain experience and to be able to understand any future issues better but don't have the tools or lift. If there isn't something like this, is there anyone in the area who has experience with doing this themselves that would be interested in assisting?

you really don’t need many tools to do it. I can swap out a set of front struts in a few mins at this point.

Not having any tools or a driveway to do it, leads me to believe you might not be mechanically inclined.

I’d recommend watching some YouTube videos or just finding a shop that can do it for you, the labor cost will probably be less than the price of the tools it will take to do it yourself.

It’s really not too difficult but you need to do your own due diligence and watch videos and find DIY posts first so you have a general idea of what you are getting into and the process.

And you'll get a rimmer in your camping spot from your favorite Asheville hippie girl who smells of patchouli.

While I sort of agree, I sort of disagree at the same time. A socket set and some jack stands should be much less than the cost to pay a shop.

Also, I worked on cars in apartment parking lots or the parking garage for students when I lived in the dorm. It was frowned upon, but I was able to get it done before parking enforcement showed up. So not having the space doesn't indicate ones ability.

If anyone has a friend of a friend looking for a Nanny Share in the Steele Creek area hit me up, love to split costs. Probably getting a nanny instead of daycare since I don't want Levi staring as masked faces all day when he is so little.

Turn your ditch lights on, you'll be fine. Im not sure what the problem is! Its day light out and you have a sun anti-reflection device on your hood! You should be able to see the car in front of you just fine!

Hmmm. We were looking at new daycare since Krystal is starting a M-F, 8-5 job in Pineville soon.

yeah didn’t think about that. Either way in those situations it IS almost easier to pay someone.

I can lend out my garage and tools, but I live in BFE.
