Long story short I need one for my 17 manual TRD. Are there any options for upgrades on the newer trucks..? Or, using a 2nd gen tcase from another 6speed manual does anything like this work?

Currently, Leaking from actuator and previous water contamination has caused a awful vibration.

    Thanks

Vibration, are you sure it's not just a stiff U-joint or a bad carrier bearing? I can't see a failed transfer case causing a vibration unless it was totally busted. I've replaced quite a few failed transfer cases on various vehicles at the shop, most of them made noise but I can't recall any that caused a vibration.

I'm not opposed, I'm open to suggestions I can't find anything besides a crawl box that works in combo with my current case?

Thanks but I have a Tom woods shaft with correct degree shim, new trans mount. Eng mounts are good. Driveshaft was re spun and checked out, rear end is fine. Front u joints are no play and are clean and greased. It is leaking in a few places and if I have t go through the trouble of splitting it I'd rather buy a rebuilt case or something better.

No worries:thumbsup:, I just wanted to make sure the simple things didn't get overlooked.
You may find some useful information in this thread about transmission/transfer case compatibility.
