If you can find it, that would help you a lot. But if your injury is as serious as you say, it would greatly benefit you to dig that info up and at least talk to a lawyer. Lost wages, pain and suffering, as well as medical bills are no joke when you have nothing to lean on from the people responsible.

It's all up to you. I've seen people who were permanently injured on the job and all they did was fill out the paperwork for the incident, used insurance to heal up, and came back to work with a lifelong injury and they were fine with it for whatever reason. Some people don't care, but its important to know that you have more power in these things than employers want you to believe.

That was an eventful year. The Great Depression came into force, Pluto was discovered, the Chrysler building was completed, R101 crashed in France...

Yep. Companies will do as little as possible because most people just accept it and it saves them money.

same deal if you quit or are laid off. I’ve had places try to screw me more than once but even in an at will state, there are still things you are entitled to

Also, I'm on book 4 of Caverns and Creatures. It's legit funny.

You're in a thread full of people who will likely never retire. Some of us hate being bored, some of us are too afraid to be poor.

Hahaha. If you do audiobooks, those are awesome as well. The reader has very good voices.
