Different steps in different pictures. And no steps in one picture. I like them both

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Congrats on the new rig, and welcome!

I also have a smartcap, my question is how close did you place the front part of the smartcap to the backside of the truck. Did you leave a space or was it touching? Thanks!

The cap is not touching the cab. Though it is close to flush at front of bed.

SAME brother....i just hit 3k miles on the ODO and I had a few guys suggest the following tips which actually helped my MPG.

I always drive with ECT power on and i give it more throttle. I was babying it and it was not helping. Its bogging the engine, these v6's need to spin up to generate power. give her a lil more throttle. Im also planning on getting OVTUNE to fix some of the minor annoyances. hope it helps you out!

Also obligatory photo! My new 2021 TRD OR. I just got it tinted with Formula One Pinnacle Ceramic Tint 5% all around. Got the TRD pro grille in the garage, but no rush to swap it in yet, enjoying the stock grill for a bit. As far as projects go...already looking at wheels, tires, and suspenion/lift. Will probably have to wait tho hah.

I got a tune, and it made a world of difference. Trans doesn’t up shift so quickly, each gear tends to hold longer, and throttle response has drastically improved. No more pressing the gas further and further, waiting for it to engage.

I read somewhere that cement has been discontinued. Anyone know if this is true?
