    I can't imagine a situation where I would be worried about the 3 dust particles accumulated in a horizontally affixed slotted screw head.

    Switch plate screws should be clocked vertical like the switches , unless you install your switches sideways or on a 45 for some reason :notsure:

    I knew my 45* comment would raise a few eyebrows. It's purely something that has developed over time. Sometimes when working with metal plates, the screw will not line up vertically. Horizontal has never looked right to me. Doesn't help my journeyman was super OCD and wanted everything vertical when possible. So I settled on 45 when vertical wouldn't work. Horizontal just never looks right because the two slots need to align with one another. It's harder than it seems. One always looks off from the soft material they're made of.

    I recommend fujitsu or mitsubishi (made in USA), make sure to get heat pumps. Go with the highest SEER rating you can afford.
    The condensers come precharged, you pull vacuum and test then release the refrigerant.

    there's no debate , there are the people that clock the screws vertically and there is everybody else that does it wrong haha
