Doesn't AT&T owns them all beside Spectrum out of the ones that you mentioned?

My phone doesn't have bad reception but my sister does in the same area so that means it can't be the carrier.

To my understanding, Verizon is a stand alone, T-Mobile and someone merged a few years ago, I think AT&T is stand alone (or they are the ones with T-Mobile).

I know at the camp in Pa, Verizon (us) works fine while the neighbors (T-Mobile) have shit for reception and the ones with AT&T are in between quality wise.

Verizon is either going downhill or my phone is crapping out - takes hours to send 1 picture by text now.

sprint is another network too I think but in the boonies they all rent the same cell towers.
I have att through work so thinking about jumping to VZ for personal so I have both.
