I believe its the tank. Its the hardshell one. Selling so he can buy a GFC spot from another friend. Or do you want that spot?

 

I’m working on selling the taco and getting a 4Runner. During all this bullshit, my wife told me for long travel trips she isn’t comfortable in the Tacoma, so I now have a deposit on a future runner.

Not sure but probably not for at least a couple months. We're getting ready to move out to Harpers Ferry mid-Sept then building a detached garage behind the house, so that will keep me busy for a while.

So - I'm heading down to AOAA for that October date. After that heading out to KY for the next weekend, and then coming back to RI. I have no plans to get to Maine after that though until February '22

 

Just need to get them moving up from VA, toward the New England area. From there we wont have an issue

This is my trip in October. And then some - but this is the bulk of it. I don't have a set plan, though, will be flexible. So if they can either make it to this route or the route to get to them isn't insane (IE Norfolk) then I can jump.






Actually - I may also do this;


between AOAA and KAT - but that's not a guarantee. I'm looking for a beach I can boondock on, so might skeedaddle down the coast for a couple days in between.

 

Where are you going close to Washington? I can meet you along the way.

Potentially - the 25th, if you look at the first map I could take the route that jumps down toward DC 13H 37 but that I think then sends me through NYC

 

Let me know. Im not available during those dates in Oct. but 25th should be good. Or even if you're going west along 81 South, i can meet you there.

Kinda sucks that im in between 95 and 81. If you take the scenic route on Rt15, can also meet you.

Or if @pdenajim gets on TW. I could drop to him or @RobP62 to get it up to Philly/Delaware

 

@crazyfingers just said he's going to the AOAA Shakedown in October, so i could hand off to him too

 

It would be ideal if someone else could grab them before Oct. The squeak in my front end is getting worse so Id like to get these things swapped out haha. TBH I probably should have just asked the original seller if he would ship them

 

@fatfurious2 , if you hand them off to @crazyfingers , I also know that @Skierrichy is also going to AOAA and if he can grab them from him, he can get them to me and I can pass them along. Just thinking of another alternate route.

 

Worse case toss them in a box and ship them up?

sweet deal - me and rich are near enough each other that if it lands with either of us, good enough. I don't know the CT/RI to Maine trip though. I can do it in February if it lasts that long
