When I have the AC on the some of the air goes up through the front windshield defrosters. It fogs up sometimes and I have to keep turning on my wipers to get the fog to go away, I thought it was normal until I realized that the actual air was coming up through the defrosters.

Mine does that on humid days too if i have it on anything but full vents, has since it was new. It seems to be designed to always have a bit of airflow out the defrost vents.

    Mine does it too.
But usually only on humid days just as Dm93 said.
The colder I set the AC the worse it gets.

I honestly try not to use my AC too much.
Not because I think it’s hard on the truck.
It’s hard on me. I work outside, and AC spoils me.
I usually just roll the windows down and keep my self “climatized” to the outside temps.

    Doing good! How about you?

I've been real busy planning for my projected retirement in April 2022... Really looking forward to it. :)
