haven’t heard of that. I brought a noise cancelling set to Florida a few years back - returned then after they weren’t up to snuff but mine didn’t fold up like that.

That sounds like some wack info. When u traveled for work I always had my big boss noise canceling headphones Long with 25% of the other passengers. I can't imagine why an airline would care or stipulate that.

Flew from Bos to Cozumel a few weeks ago.
Wifey and I both wore "bigish" noise cancelling headphones.
No issues.

Masks the entire time suck, but no problem with the headphones.

 

I have used Trico Force wiper blades for quite a while because I've had better luck with them than anything else I've used over the years. The new set I just got is awful, though. They chatter and squeak a lot no matter how many times I clean the windshield. Not expecting anything, I did a live chat with Trico and they're sending me new ones, no questions asked!

 

I dont know about Ford, but the Tundras hate any blades besides factory

 

If I recall from the last wiper convo in here, OEM was hands down the recommended replacement, some even said they were wicked cheap.

 

Ford don`t seem tempermental with wiper blades. I buy whatever goes on sale at Rock Auto, usually Bosch or Trico beam style. When i still had a tacoma, i was running Bosch Icons, i never had OEM aside from the set that came with it.

 

The OEM wiper blades that came on my last F-150 were fantastic. So, I ordered Motorcraft replacements when the time came. They were completely different and not nearly as good. I did some digging and the suspicion is the factory blade is a Trico Force. There is another part number that will get you the factory blade (like some of Toyota's consumable parts, Ford has a "value" replacement and the factory replacement), but I just ordered the Tricos since I had used them on my Tacoma in the past and they worked well on it. Comparing side by side they were exactly the same and they performed the same.

This truck's OEM wiper blades were different and were not good - they looked like the Motorcraft blades that I ordered for my last one. So I put those Tricos on it right away. They were just barely starting to leave streaks this summer so I figured I'd replace them since it had been a year. This set seems like a dud, though. They squeaked and skipped immediately.

 

yea. I have just as much luck with the 3$ Walmart blades though so I just use those. I did a woopsies and threw away my oem blades on accident after I replaced them though so now I’m going to just stick to the cheap Walmart blades. They last 6-8 months through sun/ice just as well as the more expensive or oem. Cheap and easy to replace.

that said I do need to replace my windshield soon so that might be a different story.

 

I use some PIAA silicone ones on the tacoma. Zero complaints they do great. I think the ones I put on the infiniti are Michelin Silicone ones, they are OK. There's one small spot the wiper doesn't seem to wipe.

Alright guys. So I'm going to do the front brakes in the trucks near future. I'm thinking stainless lines. OEM calipers, and powerstoo z36 pads and rotors. What do I need to know about choosing brake lines? I was looking at the SDHQ set which have extended length. I currently have stock length lines so extended length I don't think would be of any benefit to me.

I run stock length on mine without issue. Id just grab stock length

 

Stock length is perfect.....you don't have long travel. Just get reputable ones with high rating.
