Also forgot to mention that I hit 137K miles yesterday while on a date with Rose, but I was so busy paying attention to her that I neglected to see the odometer change over and thus missed my chance to get a picture!

I actually tried to see if I could put miles on my truck going in reverse; It was a slow day at work and I did reverse circles in the parking lot. @El Duderino told me that in fact I could NOT roll up the odometer going in reverse, so I highly doubt it'll go backwards!

 

Good question, not sure if it works with a digital actually

 

On the old analog odometers it worked, the newer digital stuff probably no go.

OUCH, what happened to the poor lady?

 

Cut or blister (I forget) that turned into an infection; She also had to have the big toe on the unbraced foot amputated due to an infection that was exacerbated by diabetes (it’s Type 2, the less severe one). Despite the fact that her left foot is braced, the right foot is missing a toe, and she can’t walk very far without the use of a cane, she is damn near unstoppable!

 

New foglight switch arrived yesterday and I put it in just now…

 

Unlike the one I broke, the new one is actually OEM-sized!

 

Where you get it and how much?

My switch doesn't light up but I don't use it so not really a top thing

Back in the early 80s l remember seeing some shady guys rolling a speedometer back by using a drill. I can't remember what kind of car it was but they had easy access to the cable and just locked the drill trigger on and let it go for days spinning the speedometer backwards.
