For sure . We are 99% packed and ready to go . Just have to make sure my basement doesn’t flood before we leave .

So this mower.....typical. Air filter plugged, spark plug oil soaked, blade looked like it had been mowing rocks, low on oil and oil was water thin.

She didn't want to spend any money on it. So I changed the oil (with a dash of Restore), sharpened the blade, clean the air filter as best I could, cleaned and gapped the plug, lubed the axles, tossed in a tank of fresh gas along with some carb cleaner. At least the drive cable was the right part. Oh, and I fixed the handlebars. It runs ok.

The Hyundai....changed the oil 4k miles ago. He's been in W.VA all summer so I couldn't check it. These 2.4 Theta engines are known oil diluters and burners. In that 4k miles it burned 1.5 quarts. He drove it 200 miles back to KY like that. The oil that was in there was mostly fuel I think. 'Bout knocked me out from the fumes when I pulled the plug. Rotated the tires, checked the brakes, lubed the caliper slide pins, check all the fluids.

Stepped up to a 10w30 this time. Meijer had this on sale. We'll see how it does. At least he's back in town for the school year so I can keep an eye on it.
