I would drain the oil and put it in a glass bottle to see how it settles ( water / oil ).
Do the same for the transmission fluid and coolant.

Get the head gasket tested to see if it is blown or not. ( It does sound like it may be ).

It also may be that the radiator heat exchanger for the transmission fluid is compromised and allowing crossover between the coolant and transmission fluid.

Compresion check revealed a head gasket failure. $$$$$$ on the positive for now......the truck never overheated and the tranny fluid level is as it should be and not contaminated. So im in the hole a couple grand or 22hours and 120$ in parts. I got the same 22hours from 3 diffrent shops & a coworker who uses the same repair app for his shop. I would let him repair it but we both work 55hrs & I wouldnt get my truck for a week and a half. Sigh.....

It's a big job. Be wary of shops that offer to do it for less than the allotted time, they'll likely be cutting corners

$120 in parts sounds very low.

When I did the head myself it was ~$250 for the Toyota gasket kit, $427 for the local head shop to work through the head (and fix my burnt valve), and then I replaced all cooling system parts too , don’t remember how much that added.
