Supposedly spacers increase ability to rub.
On 33 or larger you are possibly looking at:

    -JD lower pivots
    -CMC
-different control arms such as UCA's
-having to get improved caster settings in your alignment

Not sure if CMC is worth DIY or pro shop who might do it affordably with lots of experience doing the whole job many times, will paint it, etc.

Made some more progress on the tailgate swing out. Still needs some finishing touches on the fitment before welding, but we're getting somewhere!

Replaced the belt tensioner today. And yeah it was a pain in the ass. After relieving the tension on the new one, the old one was definitely toast. No more embarrassing rattling when I'm stopped at the light anymore!

Probably not a good idea since truck frame and cab mount flex would stress both the roof rack mounts and the rtt mounts as well as the cap mounts and bed bolts by having it bridge both roof racks. Better to have it fixed to just one rack and be supported by the other passively when opened.

    2” or so lift
Looks good to me, with my stock rims, 1.25” spacers and 285’s I rubbed my cab mount, which I chopped, rear lower fender flare, which I trimmed, upper center flare, which I still rub at full flex, this is also with no sway bar. I will still rub my rear portion of my flare
if my caster is below 3. With the skinnies I would bump the caster to 3 or more and you should be good.

That's the silencer for the linear brake pedal spring (prevents the boi-yo-yo-yoing sound like door stop springs can do on a much smaller scale) the lip is supposed to go in the space between coils and retain itself but when you don't have any brake system resistance the pedal can go to the floor hyper extending the spring and causing it to drop out, pretty easy to shove back in the spring but it's entirely unnecessary.

Looks like it’s time for a CMC. Thanks for the insight.

Also, I have SPC UCA’s, so maybe caster can be adjusted to make it work.

    D'awww that's cute. :D

I don't think that I have much more than that though. :bananadead:

I need to re-do my rear now that I'm topping 5k lbs, the rear isn't as controlled.

Would like to the archive Garage towers, 63's and 12-14" Fox with the DSC's to match my fronts.
