So if you're just gonna replace the seals it'll be a lot easier (thats usually what goes bad in the first place) I rebuilt my entire rack on my Supra and it was pretty easy. The Tacoma's is similar but the control vavle looks to be a little bit more in depth than the Supras.

What type of saws do you guys use in the woods? I have some band saws and an Echo gas-operated chainsaw. Nowadays, I guess people are using rechargeable electrics.

I see the Milwaukee M16-M16 models. Nice. Though this might be used once a year at the most.

is the belt tight?

if the pump is working and there's air in the system it will whine a bunch and also puke fluid when the engine gets shut off. You sure it's the pump and not the rack?

 

I looked in the reservoir and the fluid wasn’t moving, is now.
It did burp one time

 

And all those will be towed to the junkyard by his grandkids after his estate is settled.

Check the belt tightness and all of your return hoses to see if any of them look collapsed
