So anyone think 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of paint is enough? I use 3 cans of paint and 2 cans of primer.

I just got an HOA notice that we have violated the "no Charcoal Grill" clause. F##K an HOA. That crap makes my blood boil.

Stupid stuff like an HOA is what drives people over the edge I believe. I wonder if there is a relation in violent crime and the perpetrators having an HOA?

My HOA is not too bad $100.00 a month, mow the lawn, fix the sprinklers, plow the snow(for the most part anyway), plus my wife is on the board of directors and is head of the design commity maybe thats why its not bad for us. In 8 years it has only gone up $5.00 per month.

Just slapped another coat of paint on the sliders. Our HOA doesn't enforce anything unless its something like building a deck and they want money for it. Peoples laws around here look like shit and people leave there trash cans in the alley so I run them over with my truck on a daily basis.
