[SOLD] MESO Total Tail Stage 1 wiring harness

Up for sale is the wiring harness for MESO's Total Tail Kit Stage 1. Does not come with bulbs but you can purchase them individually directly through MESO if needed.

This harness isn't sold separately that I am aware of, asking $60 (I'll ship).

Yes, never used, I bought a second total tail set for replacement bulbs and I don't need two harnesses, (harnessi?)

 

You have a list of bulbs needed?

 

Just FYI… this is BOTH Stage 1 AND Stage 2 harness. The only difference is the bulbs.

Also need adaptors for the vled triton switchbacks.

I did hear vled are coming out with a switchback 921 bulb in the next few weeks though

That was my exact thought - this, two pair of VLED RED 50s, and the new 921 VLED Extreme Switchbacks… self made Stage 2+

EDIT: my only concern there is that it appears VLED shows a 4-wire connector instead of the traditional 3-wire, which leaves me a little suspect. Wondering if they added the dimmer to the 3-way.
EDIT2: this 4-wire seems to be for additional functionality in the extreme for switchback, since the controller was removed from the bulb housing. It is unlikely to appear in the 921 and would have the same 3-wire feeding regardless.

 

Yeah, I think I noticed that about the 4 pin connector on the switchback extremes. I didn’t pay too much attention to it at the time because I’m probably not going to go “extreme”. So the triton switchback for the 921 non extremes might still be good with the 3 pin connector we have for the harness, we are still good. Time will tell

Correct. I think they went 4 because of the controller move. The other 921s all use 3, which is their default harness.
