Ok. Forgive the basic trouble shooting questions, but, Is there anything in the door pocket? If not, get in the passenger seat, move it forward, move it to where you want it to be. Let go of the seat adjuster, and slam your self back in the seat. Rock your self back and forth in the seat as if trying to move it with out useing the adjuster.

Well, I know the feeling. I have a weird muted "clunking" noise comming from the passenger side of my truck. It started after I jumped it a second time. And I cant for the life of me find the dam thing!!
Anyway. Trying to pin point the noise via video is tough. Im going to shoot my Microwave tomarrow with PackerfanXD. If you want to join us, I can check out your truck, or I can swing by after and take a look into it. Being as its comming from the door, it shouldnt be that hard to fix.

OOoooo.....I forgot. See if you can have someone ride with you and have them pin point the location of where excatly the noise is comming from, if you can.

MY favorite part of the whole video, was at 46 seconds:D. I like how you just laid into the skinny pedal, stock exhaust?

Well I am sure something just jarred itself loosed and is rattling away on the inside door panel. Take off the door panel and see what it is. Check it out. It probably is not that bad. Things just work their selves loose.

I can't hear the video right now (no speakers at work) but I had a squeak I thought was coming from the passenger side area and figured out it was the plastic around the shifter knob, guess it moves around a little, so sometimes I have to push on it and it stops.
Sorry you have so many issues with your truck and you have put a lot of effort into it.
