Manual 4wd?

Is there a way I can put a manual transfer case in my 2007 Toyota Tacoma with a manual six speed

Like @mtip posted. Most people swap in a case from a fj cruiser. Currently have one in my garage. Just been lazy to install

 

Would the Tcase have to be the same year as my yoda

 

Yes you can but it’s more involved than with the auto trans. You will need to swap input shafts on the transfer case to make it work behind your 6spd
