I think she is a bit sore in her chest / shoulder area all over. Pretty sure when the seatbelt broke, her right side hit into the steering wheel. Since it was a pretty low speed impact (25ish mph) the air bags never deployed.

Hoping you feel better soon! My daughter got covid October 2020 and still can’t smell or taste a damn thing, she just imagines that everything is filet minion flavor! (her favorite). I promised her a 1lb filet dinner if her taste ever returns. Doctors say she is one of the few who have gone this long with no taste or smell. They say it is possible it may not return, but they don’t know!

Tough week in PA! Hope everyone makes speedy recoveries and has a safe week.

After a lovely 36 hours in PA, I'm back in Phoenix again this week, Atlanta next week and then headed for Canada. I really appreciate you letting my call myself a Pennsylvanian still. That's where my Taco lives anyway.

    @Delta09

This is a direct replacement for the Kohler filter, fits the Magnum, Command and Courage engines that I have. Common Chrysler filter.KIMG1636.jpg

Thanks for taking the time out of your day to get this! :fistbump:

After looking at dimensions I'll still have the same issue. I'm using a STP 3614, which is a Fram 3614 equivalent which are all the same thread size and outer dimensions as the Wix. The steering linkage limits me alot, this is what eventually happens.

    Strait position:

    Turned all the way right:

Certain circumstances that arm will bang the filter slightly. However the Wix at $4.60 on RA is a bargain. However doing some crosses the 2.7L Tacoma filter in a Hastings LF494 might be the ticket. Slightly shorter than the 4.0L Tacoma which is a LF589. It looks slightly shorter; just haven't looked up the final dimensions yet.

If I recall correctly Kohler makes a filter relocation kit, but I find it hard to justify $75 on that kit just to save a couple dollars on filters.

I just unloaded on my boss with a 20min rant. Man..I feel a little better all of the sudden.

surprised I still have a job. then again, they can't afford to lose even one more person or this place is in trouble, which puts infrastructure in trouble.

ugh.. I just want to be left alone. Is that so hard? what the hell did I do to warrant this treatment? disagreed with certain things? that makes me a bad apple?

    whatevs.

I hope you all have a nice evening.

(sorry..just needed to vent a tad more)

It definitely does. Worst part is I found out that there was 2 separate shooting. With in 10 mins of each other. I guess they same people that did the shooting tried to rob a Mexican a couple blocks down. Mexican dude ran away but ended up being fatally shot also.

The WIX filter is identical size and shape as the Kohler filter. So brand new the steering arm can hit the factory Kohler filter?

The factory filter was a stubby, about 2" in height. The 51348 is about 3.37" from the specifications page. I do have an O'Reilley's over the other mountain that stocks this filter so I guess I could check it out in person. Anything over 3" and I have issues (that's what he said?).
