Nitrogen is used because the molecules are larger. They will not penetrate the rubber as easily. This means you won't lose air as quickly from normal seepage. It typically has more filtration done during the process to remove water vapor which can degrade rubber and corrode wheels. In reality it's just an easy way for the shops to make more money off you. Top it off with a regular compressor.

Ordered my A.R.E. shell. Now I just have to wait 15 to 17 weeks for it to arrive. Backlogs are crazy.

Damn. Hopefully it comes in sooner, I am seeing some people quoted longer than it ends up taking them, also seeing the opposite....

He said it could be as soon as 10 to 12, but they’re telling people 15 to 17 as worst case. He seemed to think it would closer to the latter than to the former.

If true, then you should just overfill your tires by 20% using "compressed air".
Since the oxygen leaks out "more easily" than the nitrogen, the oxygen will leak out leaving your tires filled with 100% nitrogen.
At higher pressures, if the oxygen leaks out more easily, it will leak even faster.

I do agree that nitrogen fills are probably better filtered.
I also agree that it's pretty much a gimmick for shops to charge you more money.

Nitrogen atoms are technically slightly smaller than oxygen atoms. It's required based on it having a smaller atomic number. Nitrogen has fewer protons. Nitrogen has fewer neutrons. Nitrogen has fewer electrons. It is a smaller atom.
Neither really exist in their singular form, so now we need to analyze bonds to figure out molecular size, which is slightly beyond my expertise, but differences are going to be miniscule (on the order of 10^-10).

It's just a boring plain AZ license plate lol. Haven't decided if I'll do a vanity plate or not on the Taco. My Jeep has Obi Wan and the Mustang I traded was Han Solo. So far every other character of note I've tried is taken so I'm at a loss.

Curious, how well do the stock fog lights work being bisected by the rigid bezel? Just curious as I thought about that for a minute before finding a deal on some take offs from a pro that a guy on here was selling.

The bar on the bezel doesn't seem to have any effect on the light. I'm considering switching the fogs out to the regular lights. (Not these LEDs) My 2018 had amber bulbs in them that I liked better.

Ass holes in TX wouldn't let me have OH-58, UH-1H or AH-1F on the plates. I guess they don't like helos.
