    Thanks
A quick google search led me to the website.

That's a lot of tearing apart! I'm pretty sure I won't be able to put it back, even if I managed to tear it apart in the first place.

Mostly the more annoying thing is the sound of wind that I'm guessing coming from the door seams. Any material that I can put there to dampen it?
It's a relative new truck, 2020 at 25k miles so I don't think it's because the rubber turned bad.

i would have to say my uws low pro tool box. i bought this with no other intention that to serve as access storage thats weatherproof and lockable. the fact that its discreet and carries a subdued look is just icing on the cake.

@chairmanmao: hey wassup. actually no tonneau. i did think about it, but never got around buying one. i do appreciate the open bed look as i can just throw a trash bin or a propane tank in the back without rolling the tonneau up, not like that would take up much time anyway lol.

@Xer0 SiN Hey! thanks for sharing. I'll be in forever worry without a tonneau that someone might steal my trash in the trunk..lol

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
The tune was the best thing I have done and the most needed.
If your unhappy with the way your truck boggs down, or upshifts way too fast. Do yourself the favor and tune the truck.

The single best improvement for me was: Replacing the stock low beam headlight bulbs with the Philips (German made) H9 replacements - what a difference these made!

After that the others are (in order of meaningfulness to me):
Getting rid of the rock magnets (side steps) was the most beneficial thing I did. I tore one of the lower steps off the first time I did Oriflamme Canyon.
Eibach 2.0 front coil-overs, JBA UCAs, Eibach 1.0 rear shocks and ICON AAL
Rock Sliders - I am sure they will be great after I install them (just picked them up from Cali-Raised Off Road yesterday
Bed mounted air compressor - makes airing back up so much easier
    General Grabber ATX tires
Replacing the 12V outlet on the dash with a two port Type C USB charger with voltage readout and adding another one to the back of the center console box for the shmucks in the back seat
Coyote Enterprises preset air deflators - just got them and haven't used them yet but I am sure they will be great. This will prob move up on my list after I get a chance to use them
LED lamps for the interior lighting - just got them and haven't installed them yet
Replacing the stock grill with a knock-off TRD Pro grille with Raptor lights
Black-out kit for interior chrome from MESO

My All Weather Duratracs. They come with the 3 peak snow designation. Tried them in the winter, loved them, sold off my dedicated winter tire package. Now I don't have to switch over tires twice a year. Bonus.......

I think it might be a tie between my bed-step and my tonneau cover.
Both make the truck more useful for me.

To those who recommended the seat jackers, I thank thee. My spine looks like an S that's been kicked backwards in the middle. The seating position is 100% better after installation. Best. Mod. Ever.

The jackers didn't solve my problem of the narrow seats, had Mark Luhr Upholstery in El Cajon CA add more cushion to the seat base using the stock cover... night and day on the comfort and no more numbness.
