A/c light blinking trouble shooting guide

Thanks for the post. Well done. I have a 2012 4x4 and was having the same issue. I had to remove the front skid plate to access the compressor pick up sensor but all was fairly easy. Fixed my problem!

 

I got same issue (flashing A/C light) on my 07 Tacoma
(When the A/C light flashing that the clutch is stopped rotating)

May i know how to check the clutch is working normally ?
I tried to rotating it by hand when the car off, it can be turned by hand, is this a normal situation?

Have someone hit the AC button upon engine start up. If you see the compressor turn on then off that indicates either you have a low refrigerant issue, your speed sensor mounted on your compressor is damaged or your compressor itself is on the fritz. There is a MG CLT relay in the main fuse box, if it is defective it too can cause the light to flash or cause the system to act in an erratic way. Either way, this is an issue best left to person who has the resources, tools and technical know-how on how to isolate and repair the issue.

1: MG CLT relay already changed.
2: compressor i think should be okay , caused when the a/c not blinking , the air was very cool ...
3: compressor not change (not cheapre want to make sure others was fine first)
4: i will check with techincal to check refrigerant.
