    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

Actually... The owner of Yota1 helped Champion design the radiator.

His stipulation was they would NOT be manufactured in China. Champion dipped out him, and went straight to China for manufacturing the radiator.

Nick is a 100% legit guy, he told me that story face to face.

Deschutes makes damn good beer. You got a kegerator or just waiting to tap it so you can take pulls sitting in traffic?

you been on here a decade and still don’t have a paperback copy? Lol :der:

honestly though, I just have Vol. 2 of the FSM in paperback and it has been the best investment. 100% recommend. PDF is cool and all, but using a computer or tablet with gloves or greasy dirty hands flat out sucks.

I’m still Happy with my custom hand built unit in the tundra. Radiator supply house has earned them a long time customer.

Totally. I'd love a searchable pdf, the one I have is difficult to find things. But I prefer the hard copy anyway. I put them in plastic sleeves to stop the ripping and grease staining. It also makes it easier to just pull just the pages I need.

As someone who lives less than 10 minutes away from the brewery, I can say with complete honesty that most people within 50 miles think that Deschutes Brewing is hot trash. 10 Barrel is a close second on the bottom of the list. Doesn't help when we have 25+ breweries in the local area though...

That’s too bad they did him like that.

I just reread my comment and it comes off as condescending towards the radiators but that wasn’t my intention.

I was mainly hoping that Champion was making improvements since it’s such a great idea. But now that I have more of the story it makes better sense.

Makes me wish we could crowd-source funding so Nick could do his original plan (if he even still wanted to). Either way, props to him for giving it a shot.

In a way I agree, it’s like Redhook that I grew up 10 miles away from, and now I despise it, but I’ll still drink a mirror pond or inversion if it’s offered to me- and I’ve been drinking that for 20 years, so I’ve had lots to choose from since then
