I really read into it when I was getting in $GTii...the problem here looks to me like they are just doing it again which is no help to current shareholders.

You can catch or hatch Pokémon in eggs that hatch after you walk a certain distance. This morning I hatched an egg that contained a shiny Farfetch’d, which evolves into a SirFetch’d, which is gold.

WHY wouldn't you just BUY all the stock and own the company?
Why would you go through this entire conversion? I bet they spend more than $200,000 just to audit, file and execute the merger..
