Does anyone know how to order the Velcro insulation pack? Can’t seem to find it on their website!

With vagabond ramping up productions, does anyone have insight to what that does to their lead time? It’s obviously not 12 months like the website says. I think our order is at 10 months now, I guess I’m just wondering what I should be bracing myself for.

Most are close to 2 years right now. Hopefully that will change.

Since we don't get any proactive communication / update emails from Vagabond... (I'm at almost a year without a single email since putting down my nearly 7 grand. Not one. Peanuts in waiting compared to some of you poor souls, but still... seriously?) I just wanted to let folks know that it's been weirdly cathartic to know that I'm not alone in the experiences of frustration with the lack of even the most rudimentary updates / expectations for wait time to customers. I know, no one forced my hand to put money down and I echo that it "felt" worth it to wait for what is obviously a superior product, but its sure hard not to feel disrespected. Solidarity, fam.

Anyone else remember reading about "Sunk Cost Fallacy" in ECON 101?

I'm hoping to be there, but just for the day on Sat.

The main problem though, is that I gotta find a good spot within ~60 min of Loveland to setup camp tomorrow, where I can get Verizon 4g and enough solar exposure to work the rest of the week...
My usual sources are becoming less and less reliable for good info as I get into the front range.
Any chance you have a suggestion or two?

Edit: I found a spot near Estes Park that seems like it will get the job done.

For some reason I LOVE the SR paired with a drifter. Perfect stripped down camping rig.

I’ve noticed these roll out videos don’t align with actual delivery. Seen one the other day and cross referenced with the roll out sheet. It was actually delivered 5 months ago in May.

Yes, they are delayed since the beginning of COVID. Unlike GFC, Vagabond is focused on the business and production, not being an influencer-driven brand on the internets…

Not knocking them. Just an observation, I know for myself I was seeing an increase of videos and thought that was a good indication of them ramping up production. Not so much the case. I know they are busy working.

That’s my truck! Except with WA plates. I am a huge fan of the Access Cab.

Any ideas for some DIY crossbars/towers? Im going to try to make my own, possibly out of some 1"x.5" alum extrusion, but I've never used Ltrack before and I'm wondering how I could bolt something to it that would told the crossbars ~2" over the top. Essentially just need some crossbars to strap some Kayaks/SUPs/Duckies to, and also a small maybe 2.5'x2.5' platform area with some D rings to strap firewood and misc stuff to occasionally

@socalexpeditions found out that the Yakima feet for their track fits into L-Track.

I’ll support that information about Yakima and L track. Somewhat clugey to move, but works. Have to bring it in through one end or the other, removing the end caps. I had one end cap wouldn’t reinstall correctly. Not a big deal and as far as I can tell is not necessarily functional.
