Not a lot of information here, anything unusual happen over the past few days? Will the door open from the inside? Did you try cycling the locks a few times?

I think Gary has the right idea - remove the door panel and see whats wrong. Do a search on door panel or door panel removal you will find what you need to get the Job done. I think the stealerdhip would hit you pretty hard just to open the door panel. You can do it, it's not that hard, you will get all the help you need here on TW.

might want to take it to dealer before you make it obvious you've been pulling it apart. If you find something broken some dealers might blame you. Assuming its on warranty.

Mine does it too sometimes, I think it's because the lever's course is at his maximum and so you can't go more far. For me you have to set the cable but I don't know how to do that...

No safety locks on access cabs, and i am pretty sure youre out of warranty. Not sure if toyota has the same problem, but on a bunch of our chevy work trucks, the lil plastic clips that connect the opening rods to the latches come off. You should be able to manually pull up the latch on the top side of the door, and maybe even the bottom. if not, the panel is fairly easy to remove. unblot the seatbelt, the screw in the cubby-handle, and pull off the panel.
