Mostly poplar and white oak with a few black walnut and maple trees thrown in the mix. There are 2 huge pines that I am leaving for the end. I would really like to get a saw mill and use these trees for something other than firewood.

Looking at moving. Anybody want to buy a 4 bedroom house in North Charleston? I anticipate it selling pretty quick. Roof, AC, and granite countertops all installed last year.

 

I'd love to live on the coast again, but no way we're getting out of Greenwood any time soon. GLWS!

 

We are looking at a house on some land. I’d save $300 a month in fuel just from driving to work. Mortgage is a bit more, but hopefully this will be a forever home

House was built in 2009. We replaced all flooring in the house and painted every surface when we moved in. The house doesn’t need anything. We live on a dead end road and back up to trees. I’d guess we’ll be asking around $350,000 not 100% sure yet. I’ll probably know tomorrow.

3 more week and I’ll be driving cross country to my nee place in Indian land area ! Excited to move to SC but not excited about the 2100 mile drive with 3 dogs!
