Too early. No diesel. Will probably come with manual options in certain trim levels

This is just some rendering from some random guy's imagination. This is nothing official or even close. Toyota hasn't even fully revealed the new Tundra that is coming out soon. Anything about a new gen Tacoma is nothing but rumors and imagination right now.

Clickbait and speculation nonsense, the Tacoma will cease production in 2023 because a Sea Raptor Chicken Edition Tacoma will come out where Toyota digs back into the parts bin and pulls out the 5.7 with the TRD Supercharger and long travel suspension off the trophy truck program. The Unites States introduces a beef tax, so plan accordingly.

The real difference is one of these might happen

Considering the the 22 Tundra Pro looks like GMC. The 4th gen Tacoma will probably look like a Ridgeline with a Pro grill.

I suspect a hybrid is more likely than a diesel.

Solid front axle is what I’m hearing, along with independent rear suspension. Gonna ride so smooth.

Search “Fourtuner”. It will replace the 4Runner soon.

2025 earliest. Some folks are saying 24 but I think that's unlikely given the slowdowns plaguing the automotive industry.

Because Toyota is ran by a bunch of dumb fucks that have owned the mid size market for decades by offering up minimal changes and made billions of dollars with little effort. Small changes at glacial pace and still market leader. Say whatever you want, but the bottom line is they know how to make money.

But apparently, they've decided...Fuck that, let's copy the assholes in last place!!!

I believe it.....That looks a lot more modern and better than the current model Sort of like a second-gen nose..with Ridgeline flavor from the side....... ...(says someone driving a Ridgeline...) so there's that.

I don't necessarily want to disagree, but after a long road trip and some sweet speed limits, it would be nice if they could do both a good job on the styling and somehow improve the aero. Everything worked well, just the head and side winds were massive factors, as was still air with 75mph and 80mph speed limits. Of course driving those speeds, I was getting passed by everything including semis.

The total trip cost wasn't too bad ($800 for 4,000mi given fuel costs these days), but the loss in range was tough.
