i went for the BAMF ones over the Archive Garage hangers because i didnt want more lift from the hangers and the no lift AG ones weren't available at the time (i think they are now in V3). might go for the AG hangers down the road if i go for 12-14" shocks in the rear. for now i got the extra beefy hangers i was after.

When I did the hangers on my Ranger I used a right angle drill and a combination drill and countersink bit the same size as the rivet body diameter.

Then when the rivet head was drilled off, I used an air chisel to push the rivet all the way out.

What was the hardest part, getting the rivet head off, or punching the rivet stem through?

Look at that! Two gas cans on either side just like a true overlander.

grinding the rivet heads off isnt terrible with the exception of the 2 that are hard to reach. punching the rivets out isnt easy especially the lower rivets pointing up which have some kind of captive washer or additional metal that makes it that much more annoying. the machine shop i take small jobs to said their plasma cutter (jerry from BAMFs recommendation) wasnt big enough (!?!) so i had to go the brute force route.

of course then holes had to be enlarged and didnt wanna line up nice.

Naa stray from overlander - return to truck rally. He just needs a tool box, blue paint, Redbull stickers,
a KAMAZ badge, and a canopy

Me and my Dad love to watch the spiders out side at home.

There was one on the back deck area right outside the door. He was HUGE.

I go out back to sit on the deck and rip the bong one evening after work, and I see that he has a huge black wasp looking insect in his web. He was trying to figure out how to get close to it.

I watch him and he goes in an bites it, then the wasp thing stings him. They both fall to the ground. Mr.spider not moving, wasp running around like a champ pumping his hands in the air.

2 minutes later Mr.spider woke up and just walked it off.

Epic battle I got to watch, all while ripping the bong.

Thanks for the vid! Looks great.

This winter if you are looking to do some real snow wheeling and make some vidjahoes about it, I can help you accomplish this.

I have a snow wheeling addiction. :cookiemonster:

oh nice, what camera do you have on hand?

    i was thinking of setting up a 360 cam similar to what th Aussie Arvo guys are doing like here;
    https://youtu.be/HJ56z_nU1gU?t=143

it's a neat way to keep things interesting while still being fully hands-on the wheel. can do all the adjustments after the fact
