I'm just outside the small town of El Dorado, so probably <10 miles from your dad. So his view is probably just about identical to mine.

And yes, our firefighters and other first responders/emergency services folks are beyond heroes. We have Fire units form several states all over CA, helping to fight all our fires currently going on.

 

The Sundial Bridge in Redding, CA. It's totally romantic. I never got to have any sexy adventures in Bidwell Park, but I did have some sexy time in the Chico State library. It was nothing too crazy.

 

I apparently favor my right leg too much which causes the muscle to get tight and irritate the sciatic nerve. The pain in the lower leg is unbearable.

They have me doing weights, squats hip abductor machines and stretches. It's helped a lot.

There's no real good options for surgery and they don't want to inject in with steroids.
