Looking for camper shell

I just bought a truck with a snug top like yours, but has no racks. I want to add cargo basket. Did you install the Yakima tracks yourself? Anything I should look out for before attempting? I’m tempted to go to my l al snug dealer and buy through them and pay for install. Any advise is appreciated.

 

I installed the tracks myself and it has never leaked.
Just make sure to not drill through the hollow/thicker section within the center portion of the roof. I also used a "Waterproof Patch & Seal Tape" for the base of the tracks and silicone for all the drilled screw holes. Remember measure twice/thrice before drilling.

 

I have a good shell for sale right now. It’s been sanded and prepped for paint. Needs the paint tho. Carpet inside, no leaks, locks with keys.

Got a black shell (could use a paint job) on my 96 ext cab, it’s really made for a single cab. Would like to trade for a proper ext cab shell. Only flat top, no rise. Located in MD

 

I might have my camper shell for sale soon. I'll see if I can post later today. It's a black Snugtop Xtravision for a double cab. Personally, really like the lines of the camper shell.
