I've spoken about the solution in the past but ill say it again.

Eventually... were gonna have 4 regional Super Confrences with all of them merging and scooping up mid-majors from the likes of THE AAC AND CUSA so they still have the powder puff to beat up on when it goes to an all conference schedule outside of Bowls.

Why not flag football while you’re at it.

I happen to enjoy a (my wife’s) top tier team but if my college (division 1 but dinky) had a football team they definitely wouldn’t in a four regional conference stage.

tYime to let high schoolers go directly into the NFL or NBA again. Feels like they’re going to get paid either way.

Auburn? lol not so much, in the last 11 years been to the show twice and won it once. Definitely not very dominant, definitely wouldn't include it as a team that rules college football. One year was a once in a lifetime player that made it happen (worth the $$$) and the other lightning in a bottle a high school putt putt coarch fucked it up.

There is a lot of uncertainty with Alabama this year, more vulnerable than I can remember in recent years. Defense should be solid but Offense lost so many starters it may take a few games to figure things out and Bama's schedule is front loaded with Miami, Florida and Texas A&M early in the season.

I’m thinking Florida gets bama at a good time. Week 3, right? Bama O/U is 11.5. I’m going under and think they finish at 10-2. An early season loss somewhere and then either an Auburn or LSU upset.

We'll know more about Bama next week against Miami. If the defense is as good as years past they may still go undefeated in regular season. They are stacked at D line and linebacker, very deep and will be able to rotate in fresh legs. A&M worries me most, thinking they have the best chance to beat Bama. Bama is loaded with talent, most in the country but the quarterback is the wildcard, he just might turnout great. We are loaded at the running back position which will help the QB and he was a 5 star out of high school.

    Front loaded? Lucky Alabama.

    2020 Bowl games

    OK State over Miami
    OU smoked Florida
Texas A&M had to rally late to beat NC.

    Which one will challenge Alabama?

It’s been covered, but UF first string basically DNP’d that game for draft prep.

That said, Miami has been garbage since leaving the Big East.

    A&M is ranked 6th AP
    Florida 13th AP
    Miami 14th AP

Like I said A&M has the best chance IMO.

Anyone else play three top 15 teams first half of the season?

Impressive that UF lost their entire first string and is still ranked 13 preseason.

I like college football but that's way more research/effort than I want to put out. My gut says probably.

Is Nebraska football officially dead? Scott Frost is in so far above his head he looks like a hs coach out there. That was painful to watch.

Let's wait to see if they can beat Fordham next week. If not, then yeah.

Nebraska is officially dead. I thought the Scott Frost hire made sense at the time but he can't do shit. I bet the under today simply counting on the fact their offense isn't worth a powdered shit.
