I lol'd [literally] I guess at a point in the movie that my wife is watching that was inappropriate to laugh (someone died) which makes this post so much better

    :laugh::laughing:

she's way too nice to be sitting like that man.

Does work ever bring you back this way?

    Haha.

The closest that work brings me is Huntsville, AL. I was out in VA at the beginning of Feb because IPOR came after me for their money that I disputed. Unfortunately, the lawyer I hired swapped in his second string at the last minute, so I had to pay out. It was a quick trip though. I flew in the day before the trial and flew out the day after.

Yeah, the 4WP down in Richmond got the rear sorted out. A TW member was the manager. I want to say it was fish12south, but he doesn't appear to be a member here anymore.

Thought my rear window button stopped working today. The interior button wouldn't open the window, but did with the key in the tailgate hole it did. I checked fuses and nothing was burnt or blown, so I was really confused

Turns out I just had the window lock on lmao. Big PEBKAC moment

taking delivery of the new truck tomorrow.... I've never been able to find a truck that I liked as much as my Tacomas... really excited!

yea I did something similar... wife took it upon herself to turn the child safety locks on, the 1 time I rode in the backseat, I tried to get out, had no clue why the handle didnt work, took the door panel off, inspected the latch, lock, etc... and then looked down and saw child safety on and

Come to think of it, I've replaced both rear door lock actuators at separate times and I never checked that :anonymous:

Hey Caleb! Good to hear from ya again. Hope the family is doing well.
I've been doing ok. Just been dealing with some issues with my dad being in a nursing facility since his stroke and fall in January. It's been taking a toll on the whole family. Aside from that everyone has been well tho.

Got the Spindles stripped during the week. Gotta clean them and remove paint where welding, but thats a problem for a different day. Gussets I'm not sure the lead time from JD Fab, but I'm not in a rush. Also got me thinking what I should replace while I'm in there like wheel bearings, brake lines, etc. WB have I think about 50k on them and they're not oem

Sliders still need to get prepped and welded on as well, just ran out of time this weekend

Usually a pretty quick turnaround at JD, you’ll probably see them shipped next week sometime

Quick follow up. My starter was replaced with a toyota $165. Nephew did the job so no labor cost. Never heard of a starter going bad at 20k but they (miller toyota) says its rare but does happen. Still have a slight engine stutter so Im waiting for that fuel pump recall. It's slight and not often....but enough for an ocd guy like me to notice.

Also pre-ordered the uptop snorkel! Yay

Man, I'm sorry to hear about your dad... that's rough... hopefully no lasting side effects from the stroke

I know I know... I just dropped TacomaWorld's property value by moving back in :D
