Dilemma do I remove my blue vinyl and replace it with these black overlays?

Blue is great, but you don’t want a black and blue truck. All beat up. I had blue emblems here and there to compliment the cement color. But now it’s all black and cement. It looks way cleaner. The blue emblems, sell them.

Custom ballast mounts (don’t think ive seen this done before). At least not like this- no 3m/no drill/clean and out of the way.

I’ve had these mounts for close to 2 yrs now just too lazy to get it finished but since my headlights were warranty/replaced, I removed my setup prior. Still need to install passenger side but it’s exactly the same (mirrored)

anyone interested in more photos or a parts list? pretty sure all 3rd gens have this spot available and it doesn’t have to be for a ballast. What about @Mr.PowerTrays, Something you could refine/polish up?

OME UCA's, Headstrong spacers (I love the ride at current preload so I added these to gain the additional 1" driver and .5" passenger), Rally armor flaps, ARB breather kit and ARB compressor and dash switches installed. Also changed out the gear oil as the 500 mile break in is complete. Time to get back to having fun with this thing.

I like the contrast between white and black trim pieces. I also have a black valence piece for the front bumper that I'm gonna change out as well.

B169D990-6A1D-413E-BBDD-72E32F5ACCC5.jpg To begin, I know next to nothing about truck suspension and have some questions that someone here might to willing to answer. I have a ‘18 pro. When loaded down with RTT and dogs and dog boxes it seems to sag a bit. Also, when the RTT is off and I am unloaded I would prefer the back to be raised ever so slightly. If I were to add a leaf between the first and second leafs that would lift the truck a quarter of an inch which I would prefer. Would that provide greater load capacity without the sag I’m experiencing? How might that affect ride quality? Would I need to adjust the shocks and can that even be done? I have OEM Fox shocks. Thanks in advance. B169D990-6A1D-413E-BBDD-72E32F5ACCC5.jpg

@FlywtrJoe An AAL will add arch to the factory leaf springs so you'll gain the ~1/4" thickness of the AAL itself but you'll also likely gain an additional ~2" from the AAL arching it induces. It'll support your additional cargo no problem and still give you some lift. That said, putting an AAL on these trucks without cargo makes for a stiff ride.

I put an AAL on both my '99 and my '17 because I had caps and they sagged from just that weight. Add actual cargo (w/o AALs) and you're always hitting the bump stops.

The AAL are the cheaper route but replacing the whole leaf pack might be a better option for your desires.

Finally coughed up some $$$ and got my truck windows re-tinted with ceramic tint. Went with 5% on side and back glass. And 30% on front and moonroof. I know some will ding me for the front for being "too dark," but as we all say, "my choice." IMG_20210828_023322.jpg 20210829_125650.jpg

Can you get a picture in the daylight of the front? I'd like to see how dark it is during the daylight.

Hope the hurricane isn't hitting you too bad!
